Where we ship

Pasyu ships worldwide from the European Union.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 3 to 8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. These are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Customs processing in some countries may add a few days.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at pasyucontact@gmail.com.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority once the parcel reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional postage may apply).

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, email pasyucontact@gmail.com and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier and sort out a replacement or refund.
